Conversations
The Conversations page shows all customer conversations imported from Intercom into Qualiteam. In the list view you can quickly see the conversation topic, the support agent who handled it, and the evaluation score for that conversation.
Filtering and search
Use the filters at the top to focus on the conversations you need:
Manager — view dialogs for a specific agent or the whole team
Evaluation Status — show only evaluated conversations (or include non-evaluated, if available)
Score Criterion — filter or sort by total score or a selected criterion
Total Score Range — set min/max score thresholds to find low- or high-quality conversations
Latest Message Date — filter by a specific time period
Click Apply Filters to update the list, or Reset to clear filters.
This view is useful for quickly finding conversations that need review, spotting low-scoring cases, and pulling real examples for coaching and calibration.
